You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market success, recruiting top talent, running multi-channel campaigns, and owning a personal quota while developing the next generation of sales leaders. SDR Team Lead | SaaS – What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front: own a quota while coaching and inspiring your SDR team
- Recruit, train, and develop SDRs across direct and partner channels
- Design and execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, video, and social
- Track KPIs like meetings booked, conversion rates, and opportunity creation
- Align messaging to our ideal customer profile and GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive funnel efficiency
- Ensure pipeline quality and strong CRM hygiene using Hubspot, Gong, and Cognism
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and performance
SDR Team Lead | SaaS – What You Bring
- 3+ years in SDR leadership or outbound sales in a high-growth B2B SaaS setting
- Proven success building, scaling, and leading sales development teams
- Experience with outbound tech stacks (Hubspot, Cognism, Gong, LinkedIn Nav)
- Clear communicator and motivator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable leading a team while owning individual revenue targets
- Experience writing SDR playbooks or enablement content
- Familiarity with GTM planning and CAC optimisation
- Strong presence on LinkedIn and belief in social selling
