Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker\\n\\nContract Type: Permanent, Full-Time\\n\\nSalary: £37,158.58 per annum (including sleep-in shifts), increasing to £38,038.42 per annum after successful completion of the probation period.\\n\\nLocation: Derby\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nWe are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker, providing care and support to young people aged 8-18. Our client offers a nurturing and developmental environment for young people who have faced significant challenges and trauma in their lives, creating a rewarding workplace for their team.\\n\\nThe role involves working on a 3-week rolling rota, totalling 56.4 hours per week (including sleep-in shifts). The working pattern typically consists of one day on and two days off.
