We are working with a well-established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Warwick, seeking a Mechanical Maintenance & Aftercare Manager to join our team.\\n\\nAbout Us\\n The company delivers multimillion-pound M&E projects across the West Midlands for top-tier main contractors. With a strong reputation they are looking for someone to lead and develop a Small Works and Maintenance division, working alongside our Electrical Small Works Manager.\\n\\nThe Mechanical Maintenance Manager Role\\n\\nYou’ll take the lead on managing mechanical defect repairs post-project completion, maintaining planned maintenance contracts, and identifying new business opportunities to grow the division.

The role is a mix of office and site-based work and will see you liaising with clients, supervising engineers, and coordinating with sub-contractors to deliver a high-quality service.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\\n\\nManaging mechanical defects and planned maintenance contracts\\n\\nPlanning resources and creating maintenance schedules\\n\\nConducting site inspections and ensuring quality compliance\\n\\nSupervising maintenance staff and sub-contractors\\n\\nPreparing costs for remedial works and small projects\\n\\nBuilding and maintaining client relationships\\n\\nSupporting small mechanical works from costing to completion\\n\\nMechanical Maintenance Manager requirements\\n\\nMinimum 5 years of experience in mechanical building services (installation or maintenance)\\n\\nStrong understanding of building services drawings and estimating\\n\\nCustomer-focused with excellent communication skills\\n\\nOrganised, proactive, and confident managing people and projects\\n\\nQualified in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering (Apprenticeship preferred)\\n\\nHolds relevant trade CSCS card\\n\\nWhat’s in it for You?\\n\\n£45,000 – £50,000 salary\\n\\n25 days holiday + 8 statutory days\\n\\nWestfield Health Cash Plan\\n\\nNEST pension scheme\\n\\nLaptop, PPE, and corporate clothing provided\\n\\nOpportunity to shape a growing department\\n\\nINDH
