A globally recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a Maintenance Supervisor.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you must be able to work well in teams and have worked within a manufacturing environment.
Working from their facility in Warwickshire, the Maintenance Supervisor will have the following:
- Lead a team of multi skilled crafts person to maintain and repair plant and equipment
- Implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on best practice, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventative/predictive maintenance
- Reduce MTBF, and MTTR for plant.
- Use 5 Why analysis for all major breakdowns to identify root cause
- Support and monitor TPM activities.
- Co ordinate maintenance days to include maintenance routines and improvement activities
- Reducing breakdown time and raising OEE.
- Ordering of spares and maintenance of stock levels at economic cost levels.
- Provide knowledge and support to maintenance team.

The successful candidate should have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship.
You should be able to demonstrate electrical and mechanical skills and be methodical in your work.
