About the Role: I am seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented ISO Management Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of my clients ISO management systems. This temporary, part-time role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in ISO standards who can work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards, streamlining documentation, and preparing for internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 management systems (or specify applicable standards)
- Conduct internal audits and support audit readiness for external assessments
- Monitor and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in developing, updating, and reviewing ISO documentation including manuals, procedures, and forms
- Support training initiatives and promote awareness of ISO standards across departments
- Analyse findings and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with department leads to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Travel to other company office locations once per month for audit support, training, and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001 or relevant)
- Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems
- Flexibility to travel to regional offices as required (once monthly)
