Responsibilities
- Identify & prospect new business opportunities within the enterprise space
- Conduct product demonstrations & presentations with prospective clients
- Engage in a consultative selling approach, understanding & addressing the clients’ business challenges, individual needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Manage a long-term sales pipeline to ensure for continued success & revenue generation
- Manage contraction negotiations & deal closure processes
- collaborate with internal teams to drive success and reach customer goals
- Collate & provide customer feedback when needed
- Provide regular reporting & insights to sales leadership team
The Successful Candidate
- 5+ years enterprise-level SaaS sales experience
- Strong HRTech background / selling software into HR teams
- New business experience is essential
- Ability to speak German fluently is essential
- Based in the UK

- Basic salary: £100,000-120,000
