The client is an innovative Fit Out contractor with a massive bank of already won jobs and great potential for people's growth. Quality, Health & Safety and brand value are hugely important to this client. They have won many awards on their jobs and are expecting new talent to come through with them.
The company has an immediate requirement for a Number 1 site manager to run an office refurbishment project, which is a very client-facing role with a tight programme. The client wants a fully pledged Site Manager who has a great eye for detail and can manage the job as a number one on site. You will be supported by a visiting Contract Manager.
The Manager can be / have:
- Track record of working on Commercial fit out jobs
- Can hit the ground running
- Procure, commercially manage, run jobs alone
- Good eye for detail
- Great quality assurance skills
- Health and Safety focused
Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
