Ecommerce Specialist (Armagh City Banbridge And Craigavon)

We’re seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to support the growth of our online sales channels and digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company committed to health, wellbeing, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in delivering the overall ecommerce strategy
• Manage website content, product listings, and order processing
• Support third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)
• Analyse site and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Implement email marketing, SEO strategies, and paid advertising campaigns
• Oversee CRM processes and customer communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise digital performance

Essential Skills & Experience :

• Strong background in ecommerce and digital marketing
• Experience with CMS platforms, SEO, PPC, and CRM systems
• Proficiency in tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Excel, and Adobe Suite
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplaces
