We are delighted to be working with a professional services company who are looking to recruit an organised HR professional to join them as a HR Administrator on a permanent basis
Role – Permanent HR Administrator
Location – City of London
Working patter – 3 days in the Office, 2 days working from home
Salary – competitive
Some duties
- Ensuring relevant HR database is up to date and accurate information are recorded and stored
- Carry out general day to day general HR administration.
- Being the first point of contact for HR – related queries, including holiday requests etc.
- Setting up new starters – organise inductions, issue offer letters
- Diary management , new joiners, probationary periods, leavers, and end of contracts.
- Carrying out regular HR Audit checks to ensure integrity of data is maintained and that these are compliant with GDPR.
- Recruitment Administration, to include , arranging interviews, creating interview packs,
- Updating recruitment databases and providing interview feedback in a prompt time and professional manner
Knowledge and experience required
- Some HR Administrative experience
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR
- HR Administration experience working in Professional Services ( highly advantageous)
- Current right to work experience in the UK with up to date UK legislation
