We are currently working with a highly regarded consultancy that is actively recruiting for an Oracle Cloud HR & Talent Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. This will be a primarily remote role that will involve travel to clients in and around Manchester at key points during projects.
Responsibilities:
- Focusing on Oracle HCM projects involving HR and Talent modules
- Acting as a project lead, typically overseeing project teams of 4-5 consultants, ensuring high quality is delivered and that correct methodologies are followed
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, assisting and influencing them regarding key decisions around Oracle implementations
- Leading workshops and meetings with clients, showcasing technical knowledge and the full range of services the business can offer
- Maintaining an awareness of project risks and mitigating them where necessary
Key skills and requirements:
- Must be eligible for UK SC Clearance
- A proven track record of delivering Oracle Cloud projects in HR and Talent modules
- Experience with two or more of: Performance & Goal Management, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Oracle ME applications, Oracle Grow, Cloud Learning, Recruiting Cloud, HR Helpdesk/Case Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Workforce Compensation, Absence Management
- Experience with HCM Experience Design Studio
- Understanding of Page Composer and Flex Fields
- Full lifecycle implementation experience with Oracle HCM at enterprise level
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in client-facing roles with extensive stakeholder engagement
