Fire Door Installer & Maintenance Supervisor

Fire Door Installer & Maintenance Supervisor to join a busy and personable team who specialising in the installation, service, and maintenance of fire protection products within the construction industry, this position is paying an annual salary of £45,000 – £55,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday – Friday with overnight works.\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\nDirection and supervision of day-to-day operations on site to ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard and in accordance with the specified requirements\\nMaintain Health & Safety control procedures in accordance with the company policy\\nWillingness to have a hands-on approach to the installation of fire doors and fire door remedials if required\\nEnsure all works are signed off to a high standard\\nEnsure precise and secure installations to meet safety standards\\nCollaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals\\nLiaising with the client ensuring that positive relations are maintained \\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n£45,000 – £55,000 per annum\\nHoliday\\nPension\\nCompany Events\\nProgression \\n\\nExperience required:\\n\\nExperienced carpenter with a proven track record in fire door installations\\nSurveying, auditing and reporting\\nFull UK driving licence (required)\\nGood communication\\nFire Door installation/Remedials/Riser works/Fire Board Partitions\\nPolite and great work ethics\\nPossess a valid CSCS card \\n\\nPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
