Product Manager (England)

Xcede are excited to be working on behalf of an ecommerce brand with a global presence, who have an extremely loyal customer base are now looking to launch a marketplace which will propel the company to the next level.

There is a need to hire a Product Manager, to focus on the seller side of their marketplace.

This role comes with an enormous amount of scope here to shape the future of the company, working in a very autonomous environment where the founder believes heavily in learning and development.

You will take the company on a journey where there is scope to make changes, reporting into an influential CPO, exploring new markets, and growing a team around you over time.

Responsibilities

• Launching the marketplace product from 0-1
• Running workshops
• Building the roadmap, defining key requirements, running experimentations, and integrating the marketplace with internal systems
• Oversee and analyse performance and experiment to create features and best in class user journeys
• Develop partnerships with 3rd parties
• Reinventing how the company delivers value to its customers

Desired Experience

• Customer centric and data driven as a product manager
• Must have worked as a Product Manager in an ecommerce environment, either from a B2C or B2B perspective
• Can be hands on with Jira, journey, and user story mapping
• A pragmatic individual that is excited about the challenge of launching a totally new area and driving impact within a very successful and profitable business
• Ability to prioritise features to that deliver impact
