Divisional Finance Director (South East)

Trinity House Group are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client, a leading manufacturing organisation in the South East, to recruit a commercially driven and operationally grounded Divisional Finance Director. Reporting directly to the CEO the incoming FD will play a pivotal role in driving transformation and growth.

On offer is up to £150,000 dependent on experience and a competitive corporate package.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, drive and implement financial strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability
• Champion systems modernisation, driving ERP optimisation and data transparency to create a future fit finance function that empowers decision making.
• Oversee financial performance across manufacturing operations, optimising resources and ensuring efficiency
• Manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders ensuring alignment on strategic objectives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations, promoting sound risk management

• Fully Qualified
• Proven senior finance leadership within manufacturing environments at leadership level
• A successful track record of leading finance transformation within a growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, build high performing teams, and influence at Board level
