My client are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis. They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team in a client-facing role. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring clear communication and meticulous attention to detail throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and interpret incoming client briefs, ensuring they are accurately prepared and communicated across relevant departments.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously through the estimating, development, manufacturing, and dispatch phases.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed on project progress and key milestones.
- Act as a central point of contact, coordinating effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Ensure all tasks are executed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Coach and mentor Junior Account Managers.
