Recruitment Consultant - Office

Steadman Brown are niche focused Recruitment Company founded in November 2017. We help major companies recruit the finest Salesforce talent globally. We\’re looking to hire 2 new Recruitment Consultants, to join the team in Dartford, Kent. We\’re looking for those with 6+ months sales experience (recruitment experience is not essential) We will mentor and coach you, to become a leading recruiter in the space, with opportunities for you to move into leadership roles in the long-term. We are based in Dartford Kent, and are looking for someone local / able to be office based. Commission range of 10-25%, plus company wide profit bonuses paid quarterly. 6+ months experience in a sales and / or recruitment type role ~ Excellent communication and rapport building skills ~ Comfortable being on the phone for large periods of the day ~ Excellent salaries with uncapped growth Company profit bonuses every quarter Regular team days / nights on, expensed by the company A relaxed office environment (we\’re not trying to recreate Wolf on Wall Street!!)
