We’re hiring a Partnership Sales Lead on behalf of a client in the flexible workspace sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building new business partnerships within real estate and property development.

🧠What You’ll Do:
- Identify, approach, and pitch partnership opportunities to commercial property owners
- Lead the full sales cycle: from initial outreach to negotiation and signed agreements
- Present the value of converting spaces into flexible work environments
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to shape proposals and pricing
- Manage a pipeline of high-value leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Tailor your approach to match the needs and commercial goals of each potential partner
- Close 10+ commercial partnerships per year
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, commercial real estate, or B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, structured, and able to manage multiple opportunities
- Confidence in presenting to a range of decision-makers
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability to manage and close complex, high-value deals
