Legal Head-hunter (Graduate) (London Area)

Have you recently graduated and looking for a sales based role? Do you want to interact with some of the most senior people in the legal space?

We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique legal search firm, who operate at the most senior level in the UK market. You will be working alongside one of the most known head-hunters in the legal space, and be taught how to do recruitment at the highest level. This is without question one of the highest OTE sales jobs in London at graduate level – for those who work hard!

What is the role? As a legal head-hunter you will be approaching solicitors about potential roles with other law firms. When you progress you will also be dealing with the law firms as well

Is this a sales role? Absolutely – the role involves selling roles to candidates to selling your services to clients. Allot of the above will be done on the phone, and allot of the early contact will be cold

Is there a base salary/WFH? Yes – the base salary is £35,000, this is an office based role

Main Pro's – You can earn allot – its not unrealistic to say you'll be able to earn £60k/£70k plus year one and allot more that in the future. One earnt £200k year 3! You will have client exposure from day 1 and you'll be able to make an impact far quicker then many other sectors! The legal market is high volume, and high fee's , a very combination, which is why the earning potential is so much higher.

Cons – A lot of rejection – I mean a lot!! There is allot of repetition, and the hours can be long.

Will this help me getting a training contract – no, sorry! But this with a view of career in recruitment rather then a stop gap!
