The Team Leader role is part of the Operational Delivery profession in the Civil Service. You will lead a multi-channel team working flexibly across a range of hours, to inspire and motivate people to deliver great customer service. You will work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a quality service to all our customers through various channels and drive continuous improvement.
