O&M Offtake Implementation Lead

O&M Offtake Implementation Lead a major offshore wind developer based in Poland.

Responsibilities.

• Insure the organisational set-up that will insure optimal value of the PPA.
• Ensure relevant procedures, processes and internal controls will be set up.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders to ensure end to end process is being implemented (forecasting to payment).
• Set up process for forecasting of available MW and communication thereof to off taker is created and implemented.
• Ensure relevant software for forecasting and communicating relevant information to off taker is identified, implemented and tested before first power.
• Ensure relevant processes are in place for verifying the correct value of payments from off taker against delivered/forecasted production.
• Insure people are trained and familiarized with software, procedures and processes before first power.
• Review and confirm the off taker is adequately prepared (processes, resources, technical aspects, IT and cybersecurity aspects, legal aspects etc) to provide services to the company.
• Successfully carry out, in cooperation with the off-taker, dry runs before start of power generation.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in implementing a PPA agreement in another large windfarm or other independent power production unit.
• Relevant experience in working across several areas (Operations, Finance, Legal and Consent/PPA team.
