Regional Marketing and Communications Manager

Job Title: Marketing & Communications Manager Location: Dubai or London Salary: Competitive and location dependent *crypto experience essential* Overview: We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager with strong crypto industry experience to lead and execute the marketing strategy for Laser Digital. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, manage internal and external communications, and support content and event strategies across global operations. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the Laser Digital brand. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including general presentations, factsheets, and investor decks. Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on campaigns and initiatives. Content & Research Edit and coordinate publication of serial research papers and biweekly research releases. Draft, review, and distribute press releases across business verticals. Assist in developing article copy and respond to media requests. Digital Marketing & Website Lead social media strategy and manage corporate LinkedIn and Twitter accounts to grow following and engagement. Work with the website developer to update content, create and optimise landing pages, and manage backend operations. Drive SEO upgrades and support an upcoming website design overhaul with an external agency. Public Relations & Communications Serve as primary liaison with media and external PR agencies. Maintain media relationships and coordinate the dissemination of company news. Manage all aspects of press communication, including internal approvals. Internal Communications Monitor daily media coverage and compile monthly internal newsletters. Support company-wide internal communication efforts. Events Management Plan and manage logistics for proprietary company events. Coordinate and gain approvals for external event participation. Maintain a global event calendar aligned with the sales team\’s objectives. Analytics & Reporting ~ Track and report on marketing performance metrics, including social media statistics and campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Proven marketing and communications experience within the crypto industry. Strong writing, editing, and project management skills. Experience with digital platforms, SEO, and social media analytics. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage third-party vendors/agencies.
