Chef de Rang – Epsom, Surrey The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with 2 stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. Providing a first-class service offering accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities for the enjoyment of our members and guests. This role is based in our Epsom clubhouse in the Fountain Brasserie, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 40 hours per week working 8 hours 5 days per week over a 7 day period. Working with a fantastic team you will be passionate about delivering the best experience to our members. Essentials: To deliver an excellent dining experience for members and guests, ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times Keep up to date with all food and beverage menus, current promotions and new products to enable you to serve and recommend to our members and guests Receive comments, compliments and complaints from members and ensure that these are passed to the manager on duty to action Minimum experience required: Previous demonstrable experience delivering 5* service in a similar environment Passionate about delivering first-class customer service Excellent communicator and ability to multi task Team player Hold a basic (Level One) food hygiene qualification and a NVQ in Food Service An awareness of Licensing Laws What to expect: All applications will be reviewed Immediate interview dates available Closing date 14 January 2025
