We’re seeking a Sheeter Operative to join our growing business, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality board sheets while maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Working as part of a small, collaborative team to operate our sheeting machine, converting reels of board into high-quality sheets for use in our KBA printing press. Ensuring quick order changeovers and excellent quality standards. Organising reels and storage areas (full Clamp Truck training provided after the trial period). Carrying out weekly operator maintenance and supporting overall warehouse duties. Engaging in continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. Previous experience in the print and packaging industry is beneficial, but full training will be provided . A proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute to improvements in safety, machine quality, and overall efficiency.
