What's involved?
- As Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing operations across three F&B outlets to deliver an excellent experience.
- You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members while working within budgeted guidelines.
- Compliance of brand standards is a key requirement of our client.
- Set targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
- Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team.
- Accountable for monthly stock takes.
- Run incentives for team members to maximise sales and revenue.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Be environmentally aware.
