What's involved?

  • As Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing operations across three F&B outlets to deliver an excellent experience.
  • You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members while working within budgeted guidelines.
  • Compliance of brand standards is a key requirement of our client.
  • Set targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
  • Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team.
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes.
  • Run incentives for team members to maximise sales and revenue.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Be environmentally aware.
