Our client, a fine dining and high-volume Italian restaurant based in Beckenham in South London, is now looking for a Sous / Senior Sous Chef. Everything is made from fresh, and the Sous / Senior Sous Chef role can lead to being promoted to a Head Chef role. This is a busy and upmarket operation, extremely popular with the local clientele.
The Sous / Senior Sous Chef will only work with the freshest and seasonal ingredients. There is a supportive kitchen team of 5-6 chefs, and the role is for an immediate start. It is a must that the ideal Sous / Senior Sous Chef has experience in Italian cuisine and is able to travel to and from Beckenham in BR3.
The Sous Chef will receive:
- A salary between £48,000 and up to £50,000
- Work 44/45 hours per week and over 5 days
- 2 days off per week
- Opportunity for development and progression
