About the Role:
Join our client's dedicated team as a Night Shift Line Leader in the Low Care Prep area! Reporting to the Senior Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performance Management: Ensure production plans are met by overseeing machinery, labour, and wash processes, minimising downtime and meeting deadlines.
- Compliance & Traceability: Maintain adherence to traceability protocols, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance with food safety legislation.
- Team Management: Supervise Production Operatives, facilitating job rotation and ensuring tasks are understood and executed efficiently.
- Health & Safety: Uphold high standards of hygiene and health and safety, maintaining product quality while minimising accidents.
- Documentation: Perform and document relevant checks, ensuring products meet customer specifications and legislative requirements.
- KPI Tracking: Keep accurate records to monitor key performance indicators, swiftly resolving any identified issues.
- Training Oversight: Ensure all critical control points (CCPs) are manned by trained personnel.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to work in other areas of the factory as needed.
