Join an exclusive crew of just 10 graduates each year and embark on an epic three-year adventure! You’ll rotate through three exciting 12-month placements, each in a different corner of our global business. Every step of the way, you’ll experience new challenges, cultures, and teams. This isn’t just any graduate program—it’s our fast-track leadership scheme, designed to catapult you toward a future leadership role at IMI. Whether you see yourself as a Managing Director, General Manager, Sales Director, or another key player, we’ll equip you with the hands-on experience and real-world impact needed to get there.

Throughout The Programme, You Will Have The Opportunity To:

  • Gain a global perspective through our international placements, giving you valuable commercial and operational experience.
  • Develop your skills through our formal training, mentoring and on-the-job learning.
  • Gain valuable exposure to senior leadership, attend leadership meetings and work on high-impact projects.
  • Receive regular feedback to help you continuously improve.
  • Lead major projects, apply your skills in real-world scenarios and demonstrate your leadership potential.
  • Create a supportive network of future leaders – you and your cohort can collaborate and support each other throughout your careers.

Work Environment:

Because of the hands-on nature of this role and the exciting goals we’re aiming to achieve, we’ll need our Future Leaders to be on-site, right in the heart of the action! Rotation 1 will take place at one of our sites in England.

A Day In The Life:

  • Follow all HSE protocols and contribute to creating a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes, products, or operations.
  • Develop your knowledge of our customers and markets by engaging directly with them and identifying solutions to their challenges.
  • Collaborate with mentors and supervisors to develop personal and professional skills.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to foster trust and alignment.
  • Communicate progress and challenges effectively to supervisors and team members.
