Oracle Functional Consultant (Project Billing / OTL / Project Costing)

Location: Hybrid (2–3 Days On-site)

We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to lead the Project Billing workstream, with a focus on OTL and Project Costing. The role involves shaping billing setup and ensuring seamless integration between time, cost, and billing data, even if Billing is not yet live.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams to define processes, validate configurations, and support data alignment. This is a functional BA-style role, primarily guiding and validating solutions rather than performing hands-on configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead functional strategy for Project Billing, ensuring alignment with OTL and Project Costing.
2. Review and enhance current setups; identify gaps across time entry, costing, and billing.
3. Ensure accurate data flow from OTL to Costing to Billing, supporting future billing readiness.
4. Coordinate with technical teams to validate integration points and data accuracy.
5. Guide business users on project, time, and cost data behaviors to support billing outcomes.

Experience Required:

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS).
• Proven success in Project Billing; experience with OTL and Project Costing is highly desirable.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle modules and data flows.
• Ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
