As we expand our UK business, we are seeking a highly commercial and operationally-minded Key Account Operations Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. This role involves managing a portfolio of house accounts and supporting day-to-day communication and administration with our 3PL providers, clients, and UK Sales team to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.

Our goal is to become the leading soft toy brand globally for all ages. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Account Managers to support our growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of distributor/retailer accounts as the first point of contact for queries and issue resolution.
  • Accurately keying orders into our system from distributors and account managers.
  • Maintaining data integrity for SKUs, quantities, customer info, and order dates.
  • Liaising with the supply chain to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Overseeing operational requirements for retail/distributor accounts.
  • Supporting business growth by assisting with account development and achieving sales targets.
  • Providing administrative support to the Business Development Manager, Sales team, and Operations.
  • Maintaining high communication standards through meetings, virtual reviews, and range discussions.
  • Training and guiding new team members as needed.
  • Coordinating with credit control on payments.
  • Checking and updating customer data regularly.
  • Providing updates to Account Managers and managing back orders and stock allocations across warehouses.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Account Executive or Customer Service role.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to align with Jellycat’s brand tone and communication style.
