Maximize sales performance and brand presence in global travel retail markets. Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, established by British makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury MBE in 2013, is a prominent cosmetics brand revolutionizing the global beauty industry with its easy-to-use, giftable range. The brand has experienced exceptional growth, operating in over 50 markets with more than 2,300 employees worldwide. We are seeking an ambitious National Account Executive to join our Global Travel Retail commercial team. This role involves driving store performance, liaising with retailers to meet financial targets, and maintaining a strong brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, be target-driven, highly numerate, and passionate about the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Performance: Prepare weekly sales reports and analyze retail performance to identify opportunities. React swiftly to retail trends to maximize opportunities. Support sales forecasting, monitor net sales performance, and optimize inventory and assortment with Supply Chain collaboration. Ensure 100% on-shelf availability by managing inventory in partnership with the stock management teams. Conduct ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Cross-Functional Working: Build strong relationships with the Retail team to develop and execute trading plans. Collaborate with Field, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design teams on annual retailer plans, launches, and marketing initiatives. Serve as the point of contact for stock and allocation queries within the team. Coordinate with finance for forecasts and sales updates, flagging risks and opportunities. Work with global NPD teams on upcoming launches, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
- Trading Relationships: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key retail partners, including buying, merchandising, and marketing teams. Support retail partners in launching NPDs and achieving sales targets.
