Professional Discipline & Healthcare Regulatory Senior Associate

A Legal 500 firm is seeking a Professional Discipline & Healthcare Regulatory Senior Associate to join their team on a hybrid working basis from either their Central London or Manchester office.

The firm\’s PD & HR team represents a diverse range of clients, including insurers, Royal Colleges, medical and dental defence organisations, and private healthcare providers .

The Senior Associate will handle a variety of work, such as:

1. Fitness to practise cases (defending professionals before regulators like GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS, etc.)
2. MHPS proceedings
3. Inquests
4. Medico-legal advisory work

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of £75,000 to £85,000 , depending on experience.
