Job Overview: This position involves managing maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial staff within an assigned community, ensuring compliance with safety standards, laws, and regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing repairs, preventative maintenance, vendor negotiations, budget management, and ensuring the physical integrity of the property.

Compensation and Benefits: Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $103,500.00/yr. Benefits include paid holidays and PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan with 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and anniversary rewards depending on location and classification.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of property management or maintenance experience.
  • Basic arithmetic and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely, and to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and compliance with company vehicle policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and janitorial personnel.
  • Manage community maintenance needs, including vendor negotiations and contract management.
  • Oversee work order system and customer service requests.
  • Manage apartment turnovers and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Develop and monitor maintenance budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and safety standards.
