Head of Marketing

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (Hybrid – 3+ days office)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 plus bonus

We’re hiring a senior marketer to lead and deliver our marketing strategy.

You’ll be responsible for shaping how Tecna shows up across the market; online, in campaigns, and at trade shows. You’ll manage external partners, lead campaigns, and support sales with content and strategy. This is a senior hands-on role with real responsibility and space to make it your own.
What You\’ll Be Doing

• Create and implement the marketing strategy and plan
• Manage external SEO and PPC agencies
• Build and run campaigns focused on key sectors and events
• Lead Tecna’s content planning; case studies, email, website, social
• Work closely with sales and creative to align messaging and delivery
• Track and report marketing performance against targets
• Line-manage a Marketing Executive and a Social & Content Executive

What We\’re Looking For

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
• You\’ve run campaigns that delivered leads and supported sales
• Strong writing and briefing skills
• Comfortable managing agencies and working across teams
• Confident with SEO, PPC, CRM, email and reporting tools
• Able to plan, deliver and adapt in a growing business
