Descripción de la vaga
- Recepcionar hóspedes/clientes en el mostrador o por teléfono, identificándolos y prestando informaciones y aclaraciones diversas (reservas, confirmación de pasajes aéreos, direcciones/teléfonos de lugares, reclamaciones, etc.).
- Realizar el check-in de los huéspedes, proporcionando el llenado de ficha, entregando las llaves y encaminándolos a sus respectivos apartamentos.
- Realizar el check-out de los huéspedes, ejecutando el cierre de facturas, recibiendo los pagos y organizando los procesos correspondientes.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de recepción, así como preparar los procesos y procedimientos de 'Auto-Control'.
- Mediar en conflictos y intervenir en situaciones críticas/atípicas, junto a los clientes/huespedes.
- Alimentar el sistema con las informaciones de reserva de los clientes.
- Ofrecer, puntuar y operar el programa de fidelidad conforme a los estándares establecidos.
- Efectuar el pase de turno siguiendo rigurosamente los procedimientos preestablecidos.
- Orientar al Mensajero, Auxiliar de Recepción y demás colaboradores en asuntos relacionados con la recepción, si es necesario.
- Realizar atención telefónica siguiendo los estándares de la red y de la unidad.
- Mantener el archivo del área debidamente organizado.
- Ejecutar otras atribuciones relacionadas según la necesidad del área.
