This pivotal role involves working alongside our award-winning Corporate Finance team to provide advisory services to our large corporate clients and private equity houses. You will be part of a collaborative 130-strong multi-discipline tax team across nine offices, supported by 13 experienced Tax Partners, offering ample opportunities for career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on complex projects within our Transaction Tax team, including due diligence, structuring, reorganisations, and deal support.
- Coordinate with international teams within the PKF network.
- Contribute to the development of the Transaction Tax practice through client relationship management and strategic planning.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Develop processes to improve practice efficiency and risk management.
- Deliver technical tax training to the team.
Candidate profile
- Extensive experience in tax, focusing on company and shareholder taxation, structuring, and transactions.
- Strong technical knowledge and CTA qualification; ACA or ACCA is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven coaching ability and attention to detail.
- A team player who thrives under pressure and is sociable.
