Position Overview:
Insulet is seeking an energetic leader to lead and drive strategic initiatives and process optimization within the end-to-end supply chain. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who will drive the strategic vision and processes for logistics, warehousing, integrated planning, and inventory management. This leader will bring innovative solutions to drive capacity growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs by translating market requirements into efficient fulfillment plans.
This position will develop the Supply Chain Process Excellence team from the ground up and partner with stakeholders globally in Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other relevant departments. As the team grows, this role may include hiring senior analysts to facilitate systems and potentially expand into other operational areas.
This role is pivotal in scaling and optimizing Insulet’s supply chain and operational capabilities to support future growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the architecture and implementation of decision-making frameworks across supply chain and operations, ensuring these systems enhance global business performance through innovative solutions.
- Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine supply chain processes and KPIs to support scale-up demands in a global hyper-growth environment.
- Global Standardization: Lead global process standardization and continuous improvement efforts across planning, logistics, and distribution, including creating a digital transformation roadmap.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global teams in Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other departments to align strategies.
- Technology Integration: Utilize advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and IoT to improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor supply chain metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Development: As the function develops, grow the team to include analysts to support systems and expand into other operational areas.

Education & Experience:
- 8+ years of operations experience in a global organization. Bachelor\’s in Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Track record in developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and control growth demands.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational practices.
Additional Information:
This role is hybrid eligible, with travel estimated at 20% depending on business needs. It requires on-site work at least once a week at an Insulet office.
Salary range in the US is $161,550 – $242,325, based on role, level, and location, excluding bonuses, equity, or benefits.
