Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental awareness throughout the organization. Provide food safety trainings to culinary team members and those who are dealing with food services.

Safety Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify non-compliance issues and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze HSE performance data, preparing reports and presenting key findings to management to drive continuous improvement and corrective action.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and management, to promote a cohesive HSE approach across the organization. Communicate HSE initiatives, goals, and performance updates to stakeholders. Prepare monthly dashboards for all audits conducted in the month and share in Management meetings.

Qualifications Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or relevant certifications in HSE.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HSE roles within the Hospitality industry or related fields.
  • Qualified auditor and fully aware of audit techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey HSE concepts and requirements clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Proficient in using HSE software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared HSE objectives.
  • Maintain accurate health and safety records.
  • Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
