Assist the Technical Services Operations Managers (SL) in all aspects of administration requirements.
Ensure all sites are compliant with EUK procedures and policies and issuing of these documents.
Assist in maintaining records on client software packages for governance and reporting.
Assist in production of monthly reports for the client/EUK SMT.
Record and Co-Ordinate actions resulting from meetings.
Communicate with customers face-to-face and/or over the telephone to ensure a professional and polite service delivery.
Liaising with supply chain partners to obtain quotes, asset information and book in works.
Scheduling, planning and allocation of all PPM work for EMCOR including via supply chain partners.
Ensuring services records, logbook processes and procedures are achieved and documented.
Pursuing the return of all paperwork both internally (technicians) and externally (reports and quotes from supply chain partners).
Act upon reasonable requests and instructions from the client, customer and peers/colleagues from all departments/service lines.
Cover leave and absences of other team members as and when the need arises and carry out any duties as required by the Manager or Deputy.
