Reporting
Hello, my name is Jesper Mansson, Head of Paid Media at PetLab Co. We started PetLab Co. in November 2018 to offer safe, effective nutritional supplements to help pets live their happiest, healthiest lives. Since then, we’ve become the fastest growing pet health brand in the U.S., thanks to a rigorous approach to customer acquisition and conversion and a focus on building a robust subscription business.
We’ve built a highly efficient team of 4 paid social media buyers who, with automation, perform the work of 8. We’re seeking extra media buying muscle to capitalize on opportunities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest.
What’s the Ideal Candidate’s Background
We’re looking for a true direct response performance marketer who specializes in video ads and can own the full funnel from opportunity to audience, media strategy, creative, and conversion optimization.
What’s exciting is the scale—once a product reaches scale on one platform, we replicate to others. You may manage upwards of $1.5M – $2M per month in spend. This role is more of a P&L owner than a pure media buyer.
What’s It Like Working at PetLab Co.?
