Salary and Benefits

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

• Proven leadership in multi-site high-volume retail or catering environments
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive stakeholder relationships
• Experience inspiring team performance and developing talent
