About The Opportunity

WeWork is seeking a Recruiter to support the Community team, which manages our buildings and supports our members. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify and recruit top talent for their teams. Responsibilities

  1. Manage full cycle recruiting for high volume positions across EMEA.
  2. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure hiring needs are met.
  3. Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
  4. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for WeWork.
  5. Manage job requisitions and candidate pipelines in Workday (HCM), maintaining data integrity.
  6. Source, interview, evaluate candidates promptly.
  7. Drive the offer process, including extending, negotiating, and closing offers.
  8. Share updates with stakeholders through data-driven reports and use data to influence hiring decisions.
  9. Continuously improve recruiting processes and stay updated on trends.
  10. Manage internal mobility processes and partner with HRBPs for compliance and employee experience.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

  1. 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  2. Experience advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions.
  3. Quick learner of systems, processes, and procedures.
  4. Results-driven with accountability, strong work ethic, optimism, and integrity.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  7. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in providing solutions.
  8. Passion for fostering inclusion in recruitment.
