Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus 20% of salary bonus scheme

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver impactful campaigns across the full marketing mix. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketing activity, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring all projects land on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent people management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for performance-driven marketing. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Key Accountabilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and manage the marketing team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support and development. Foster a positive and creative team culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, PR, and offline channels. Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to brand and quality standards.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that support business objectives. Align marketing plans with commercial goals and key business priorities.
  • Performance & Insights: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise ROI. Provide regular analysis and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, support initiatives, and maximise impact. Present marketing strategies, campaign updates, and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Supplier & Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
Qualifications Skills & Experience Required:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing management or similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience managing people, projects, and performance.

  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix (digital, content, PR, social, offline).
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
