How you make it all possible… As a Creative Director, you will: Generate creative solutions for B2E, B2B, and B2C live events, exhibitions, and experiential activities aligned with client objectives Design creative concepts that maximize budgets Develop content ideas across various media including 3D, 2D, digital, AV, and animation Lead creative development sessions with team members Create proposals and client pitch presentations, leading and collaborating with teams Deliver face-to-face pitches, developing content as needed Work with sales, account, and production teams to develop and support proposals Research new trends and technologies to inform ideas Lead teams across departments and manage external suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness Oversee production support services Adapt to client ways of working and uphold high standards of creative and production quality Enhance the creative capabilities of DRPG and its team Ensure brand compliance and stay updated with industry resources Champion sustainability initiatives in all activities As the Head of Creative, you will also: Guide and lead the Live Division Senior Leadership Team in creative activities Handle commercial responsibilities to meet and exceed GP targets Ensure effective collaboration between Creative Studios and Live teams Solve problems proactively and foster collaborative working methods Lead creative teams on proposals, pitches, and projects Mentor and develop team members across various disciplines Provide thought leadership content for clients, teams, and industry events Work with partners and other department heads to develop innovative, full-service solutions This list is not exhaustive; flexibility and additional duties are expected.
