An opportunity has arisen to join our Workshop Pro Garage Equipment team. Alliance Automotive Group are looking to recruit an experienced workshop equipment sales specialist. Working closely with your Sales Manager, your diary will take you around the North East region visiting automotive workshops. Your task is to take on leads, provide the best capital equipment solution for each customer’s requirements and close the sale. If you believe you have the relevant experience and are up for the challenge, this position could be for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting your Field Sales Manager by delivering sales growth across your region; liaising with customers, our branch network, local management team and suppliers.
  • Overseeing the sales process from lead through to install and invoicing; effective communication is key.
  • Delivering significant workshop equipment sales growth through 2024 and on.
  • Ensuring highest levels of customer service are delivered, contributing to industry leading levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with all current promotional offers and workshop equipment brochures.
  • Attending Trade Shows, Regional Sales Meetings, supplier workouts as required.

Essential requirements:

  • Impeccable telephone manner, excellent communication, customer service and sales skills.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships.
  • The ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent organisational, diary planning, IT & time management skills.
  • Previous experience in providing workshop equipment solutions, understanding of key product ranges and suppliers will be of distinct benefit.
