Our client is a multinational consumer goods corporation; specializing in a wide range of personal care and hygiene products; organized into several segments including Beauty; Grooming; Health Care; Fabric & Home Care; and Baby and Feminine care. Based in Reading, we are looking for a R&D Product Innovation Scientist: A collaborative approach to work: You will need to work with team members from multiple functions within R&D and Marketing. Comprehensive working knowledge of product innovation project delivery. Experience in the product development process: ideation to product launch Life sciences background Proven Technology and Formulation development experience in over-the-counter products healthcare products preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal: Strong project management skills: You will be responsible to ensure the readiness of the projects in line with timings and to the required standard. 1 Year Temporary contract. 25 days holidays plus bank holidays. Pension from day 1
