We collaborate across divisions and regions to deliver the Flutter Edge, our competitive advantage powered by Product, Tech, Expertise, and Scale. Role Overview This position supports the Flutter Group Transfer Pricing Team within the Direct Tax Advisory Team, working closely with business partners such as Commercial teams, Group Finance, Treasury, and international tax and finance teams. You will report directly to the Transfer Pricing Manager. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining transfer pricing policies, including modeling recharges and reviewing intercompany agreements. Contribute to finance transformation projects related to transfer pricing and intercompany processes. Support global and local transfer pricing documentation, including master files and country-by-country reports. Provide transfer pricing input into Treasury processes, financing arrangements, and profit repatriation. Identify and resolve transfer pricing risks within the Group. Review intercompany recharges for compliance with policies and controls. Advise on transfer pricing implications of new products, territories, and services. Communicate transfer pricing advice clearly to stakeholders and promote awareness across the group. Support integration of new businesses with transfer pricing arrangements.
