Descripción del Puesto: En VIVIS, estamos buscando un Controlador Financiero (Controller) experimentado para liderar nuestras operaciones contables y financieras. Este rol crucial implica supervisar la contabilidad, los informes financieros y el cumplimiento normativo, asà como proporcionar análisis y recomendaciones estratégicas para apoyar las decisiones de la empresa. El candidato ideal poseerá una combinación de experiencia técnica en finanzas y contabilidad, junto con un enfoque estratégico y analÃtico. Gestionar las operaciones contables diarias y supervisar al equipo de contabilidad. Elaborar y presentar informes financieros precisos y oportunos. Coordinar la preparación del presupuesto y realizar seguimiento de su ejecución. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas contables y fiscales. Analizar los resultados financieros, identificar tendencias y realizar recomendaciones para mejorar la eficiencia y rentabilidad. Trabajar en colaboración con auditores externos y asesores fiscales. Implementar y mantener controles internos efectivos y procedimientos de reporte. TÃtulo universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o un campo relacionado. Certificación profesional (CPA, CMA o equivalente) es altamente valorada. Experiencia mÃnima de 5 años en roles de control financiero, preferentemente en el sector inmobiliario. Conocimientos avanzados en normativas contables, fiscales y financieras. Fuertes habilidades analÃticas y experiencia en la gestión de presupuestos. Experiencia con sistemas de contabilidad y planificación de recursos empresariales (ERP). Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de equipos.
