We’re looking for a SharePoint Administrator to join our team and take the lead in managing and developing our Facility Maintenance Management System. Whether you’re already experienced or still building your skills, we’ll provide full training and a supportive environment to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and enhance our SharePoint-based system using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Support users with practical, accessible solutions that improve how we work.
- Maintain records, schedules, permissions, and site content to keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Good IT skills and confidence using the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
It’s a Bonus If You Have
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Knowledge of SQL, change management, or document control.
