The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Our country house boasts a wealth of history and character, with multiple reception rooms, bars and ceremony options, as well as 21 luxurious bedrooms including our gorgeous Honeymoon Suite, The Lady Bourton. Our beautiful wedding venue had its first wedding in 2020 and has been offering dream weddings ever since.

Responsibilities of the Deputy Bar Manager include:

  • Ensure good customer service levels are maintained by all bar and beverage staff with the view to exceeding expectations and achieving high sales values within the Venue.
  • Assist Bar Manager on stock levels, placing beverage orders for the bar for forthcoming events as outlined in the drinks ordering procedures ensuring that there is adequate stock to maximise bar sales without over-ordering.
  • Assist with the implementation of changes to bar stock and beverage service with the view to increasing bar sales.
  • Assist in the responsibility for providing accurate stock takes on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the Bar Staff so that the Personal Wedding Manager can devote their time to running an event.
  • Be a Personal License Holder (National Certificate for Personal License Holder (B11AB Level 2) if required and to keep up to date with any further training as required by the Venue Manager. Training for Personal License can be provided).
  • Plan and ensure the smooth running of each wedding, event and the venue, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador at all times.
