The role involves project managing the full lifecycle of Specialist Tours including MICE, Maestro, and direct sales in Benelux, UK, and Ireland, focusing on revenue, customer satisfaction, and quality. You will be the primary contact for the Sales Organization, overseeing all project phases.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end project management, including quotation support and optimization.
- Managing and operating specialist tours, including itinerary and revenue checks.
- Leading inspections and client meetings, upselling additional services and products.
- Providing onsite support for key MICE and Maestro groups, upselling services.
- Sourcing high-end/niche products, negotiating rebates and commissions.
- Handling direct business, setting pricing, and controlling margins.
- Processing and confirming services accurately, considering client requirements.
- Undertaking project work as assigned.
- Completing rate collection and negotiation activities.
- Supporting and transferring knowledge to the sales team.
- Investigating and resolving service complaints.
- Meeting SLA targets.
- Conducting pre/post-season analysis and providing recommendations in coordination with Procurement.
Skills and Experience:
