You’re experienced in the FMCG industry, and want to be part of a company that looks for innovation and encourages creativity. You thrive working on projects, looking at commercials, while working in tandem with product development teams to bring new products to market while driving business growth. You want to be in a business where you can lead from the front, and work with major retailers and names in FMCG.
What you’ll be doing as National Account Manager:
- Introducing and maximising sales of your product category into target grocery and retail accounts.
- Working independently alongside a pre-set sales strategy to achieve account-specific budgets and creating customer-specific sales plans and strategies ensuring costings are pre-checked and spec, packaging and recommended retail prices are correct.
- Developing an understanding of customer KPIs, and targets and reviewing performance, with knowledge and proposals to reach category standards.
- Delivering value, gross margin & volume targets for your customers.
- Assigning, monitoring and coordinating project milestones and progress.
- Leading and planning the implementation of the project (resource, relationship, allocation).
- Managing high volume SKU level CPAs (over 200 SKUs in totality).
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience dealing with major discount retailers such as B&M, Poundland, and Home Bargains.
- Experience with working with new product development teams.
- FMCG product industry experience.

Details for the National Account Manager package:
- £5,000 car allowance.
